Eligibility of the Applicants
Odia speaking individuals interested in Ocean i.e. Community Leaders, Social Activists, Academic Scholars, Civil Society Members, Youth, Panchayat Institution Members (PRIs),other individuals interested in Ocean.
ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା
ସମୁଦ୍ର ବିଷୟରେ ଆଗ୍ରହୀ ଏବଂ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଜାଣିଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ, ଯଥା— ସମୁଦାୟିକ ନେତୃତ୍ୱ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀ, ସାମାଜିକ କର୍ମୀମାନେ, ଶିକ୍ଷାବିଦ, ସିଭିଲ୍ ସୋସାଇଟି ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ, ଯୁବକ ଯୁବତୀ ଗଣ, ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ (PRIs) ଓ ସମୁଦ୍ର ବିଷୟରେ ଆଗ୍ରହୀ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ ।

learning objectives
To have a deeper understanding of various pertinent issues related to ocean ,ocean governance and laws, Ocean and climate change, role and importance of Marine Biodiversity, Sustainable Development Goals and the Oceans, Blue Economy, Sustainable Ocean Tourism, Local Action for ocean conservation and protection.

ସମୁଦ୍ର ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଷୟ — ସମୁଦ୍ର ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ନୀତି ଏବଂ ଆଇନ, ସମୁଦ୍ର ଓ ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ, ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଜୈବ-ବିବିଧତାର ଭୂମିକା ଓ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ, ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ବିକାଶ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ସମୁଦ୍ର, ନୀଳ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି, ଦୀର୍ଘସ୍ଥାୟୀ ସମୁଦ୍ର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ, ସମୁଦ୍ର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଓ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ପାଇଁ ଆଂଚଳିକ ସ୍ତରରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ — ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ବିଷୟରେ ଜାଣିବା ।
Learning outcomes
The participants are expected to have a deeper understanding on various issues related to oceans, challenges faced in the local context .With the learning and inputs, the participants are expected to play a more proactive role on marine biodiversity conservation and protection in their respective areas of work.
