IOI was invited to contribute to the Oceans Decade Fifth Foundations Dialogue at the Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF) in Japan, with a special focus on the theme “Ocean literacy and capacity building”.

The IOI Delegation attended the UN Ocean Decade Conference, and participated in several satellite and side events in the week 8 - 12 April.
